OUR STORY
Founded in 1981, TETRA continues to apply its 40+ years of expertise in aqueous chemistry to forge the pathway to future success while remaining the ONE trusted leader in the markets we serve. Recognizing that new sources of energy are essential in today’s evolving landscape, we’re expanding into low-carbon energy markets using our chemistry expertise, key mineral acreage, and global infrastructure.
In 2024 we underwent a comprehensive brand transformation. Some of our new rebranding elements include:
LOGO REFRESH: As a prominent representation of our Company, employees, and brand, the logo retains the original tetrahedron, with the four sides representing our CORE values–customers, drive to zero incidents, returns, and employees. The globe in the back of the tetrahedron signifies the global reach our founders intended.
NEW TAGLINE: The Power of One. The Strength of Many. The new tagline is our declaration of unity behind the ONE TETRA brand, our diverse offerings, and the innovation and know-how of our employees.
NEW BRAND COLORS: The dark blue pays homage to our original color when the company was founded in 1981. The bright blue represents our history in aqueous chemistry, while the citron color is a combination of green (earth) and yellow (sun) symbolizing our expansion into new sources of energy and lithium ventures.
