Microfiber Bridging Agents
Our microfiber agents are specially manufactured, acid-soluble mineral fibers that interlock to form a strong, dense filter cake that bridges and plugs voids and fractures. Because they are thermally stable in excess of 500°F and compatible with fresh water, completion brines and diesel oil-based muds, TETRA Magmafiber agents are also used to treat lost circulation in wells with high bottom-hole temperatures.
TETRA Magmafiber Fine Microfiber Agent
Composed of fine acid soluble microfibers, TETRA Magmafiber Fine agent seals micro-fractures, as well as permeable and under-pressured sand formations.

Composed of medium-sized acid soluble microfibers, TETRA Magmafiber Regular agent seals micro-fractures, as well as permeable and under-pressured sand formations.
PayZone 530 Microfiber Agent
Fine-grind acid soluble fiber used in saturated salt and fresh water applications. PayZone 530 agent is a molten spun carbonate microfiber.
PayZone 532 Microfiber Agent
A molten spun carbonate microfiber, this coarse-grind acid soluble fiber is also used in saturated salt and fresh water applications.
